How do I pay?
I accept PayPal and credit cards directly through eCrater for payments. Cancellations are not accepted after an item has been shipped.

How will my item be shipped?
I ship via the USPS, using the safest and least expensive method of shipment possible. I will wrap your items in basic wrapping materials; that's one of the ways I keep my prices low.

How do you pack my item?
Environmentally friendly packaging: I reuse materials for shipping whenever possible. This includes boxes and packing materials. If you would like your items to be packaged for shipping with new, unused materials, please contact me before the purchase so that fees can be adjusted accordingly.

What is your return policy?
If you are not totally satisfied with the item you bought, contact me and I will do my best to make you happy. If you need to return your item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt so I can arrange an exchange or refund for you, and give you the address to return your item. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned and received in original packaging, in original condition, and shipped with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
